What is your most favorite food?


If you were having friends over for dinner what is your go-to meal?

Pork chops or chicken in roasted mushroom and garlic gravy

What are five pantry staples in your kitchen right now?

Italian bread crumbs, meatloaf seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic and cajun seasoning 

What inspires you in the kitchen?

My husband!

If you could learn more about something in the kitchen or food related what would it be?

Taking the time to learn to cook with different seasonings and herbs

What advice you would give someone who is just starting out in the kitchen but wants to grow in the skills as a home cook?

Keep it simple, Always ask for the recipe and don’t be afraid to try something different.

What is a favorite food memory you have? (maybe from your own home or from somewhere around the world)

Sharing our day around the table with the children laughing and telling jokes. Now we enjoy time around the table with their spouses and the grandchildren. Precious memories and moments to cherish!

What do you want others to discover as they are in the kitchen cooking?

It doesn’t have to be fancy to be good. It doesn’t have to be served on fine china. It can be a little well done. (All the women in the family have a reputation for burning the bread in the oven…we call it brown bottom buns)
Serve it up with love and a smile and you have begun to make great memories.
